ANTIPODEAN RUIDO. Compact Disc. 2011/12

'Antipodean Ruido' is a compilation CD of sound works and experimental music co-curated by Scot Cotterell and Francisco Alvarez, 2011/12, Tasmania, Australia and Santiago De Compostela, Galicia, Spain. It is the result of an exchange project between the two ARIs built on a short residency by Cotterell at DF ARTE Contemporaeneo, Spain.
The disc features works by -
Joaquin Lana, Cycle, Nice Girls who Become Pornstars and the Monsters, Evil Goat, Carlos Suarez, Spheres, URRO, Untermorast, Duran Vazquez, Oceans, and Carlos Villena.
The launch occurred at INFLIGHT and featured live appearances from Spheres, Evil Goat, Cycle, Oceans and Untermorast.
This project was been assisted by the Australian Government through the Australia Council, it's arts funding and advisory body.
